アルバイト「資格外活動許可」について

留学生は留学の目的で来日するわけですから、日本では就労できません。したがって、アルバイトをするためには、入国管理局で「資格外活動許可証明書」を取得する必要があります。許可を得ずにアルバイトをしたり、許可された職種・時間（週28時間以内）を超えてアルバイトをした場合、違法となり処罰の対象となります。（ビザの更新もできません。）

※学習に対する姿勢が悪い学生や成績が伸びない学生はアルバイトは制限されます。

International students come to Japan for the purpose of studying Japanese, so they cannot work in Japan. Therefore, in order to work part-time job, it is necessary to obtain a "Application for permission to engage in activity other than that permitted under status of residence previously granted" from the Immigration Bureau. If a student work part-time job without permission, or if a student work part-time job for more than the permitted occupation and time (within 28 hours per week), it will be illegal and a student will be subject to punishment. (A student cannot renew his/her visa.)

* Students who have a bad attitude toward learning or who do not improve their grades will be restricted from working part-time job.
